The automatic filter material tester can simulate the actual use environment of the mask or filter material, and test the filtration efficiency and filtration resistance based on the oil mist and salt mist methods required by the standard.
The test parameters meet the requirements of the test methods in NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84 and GB / T 2626 standards.

Oil mist method detection: use DEHS / PAO / DSP and other oily or equivalent materials as aerosols to detect the filtering performance of masks or filter materials;
Salt spray test: a method for detecting the filtering performance of masks or filter materials with NaCl or equivalent halide as an aerosol;
Oil mist method:
The dry oil-free compressed air enters the aerosol generator at a certain flow rate to produce aerosols with a certain particle size distribution. After being sieved by a cascade impactor, the particles with a particle size distribution that meets the standard requirements are discharged from the aerosol outlet and enter the test pipeline.It reaches the filter material. Different pressure sensors are installed on both sides of the filter material. During the test, the number of particles upstream and downstream of the filter material is monitored; the entire test process is carried out with a certain flow rate or air volume.
Salt spray method:
