On September 22, 2026, He Shengbao, Chairman of the China Synthetic Resin Association, and Wang Wenguang, Vice Chairman, led a delegation to visit Guangdong Hongtuo Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. for an on-site review of the company’s R&D and production operations. Zhong Conggang, Chairman of Hongtuo Instrument, along with key members of the company’s team, accompanied the delegation during the visit and participated in the subsequent discussion.

The delegation led by Chairman He Shengbao visited the product showroom, R&D center, and 6S assembly production workshop, gaining an in-depth understanding of the R&D and manufacturing of various products, including tensile testing machines, melt flow index testers, impact testing machines, Vicat softening temperature and heat deflection temperature testers, flame-retardant performance testing equipment, environmental aging test chambers, and density testers.

During the visit, Chairman He Shengbao exchanged views with Chairman Zhong Conggang on the technical specifications, calibration methods, and application scenarios of equipment for tensile testing, melt flow rate measurement, impact testing, aging testing, and density measurement. He expressed recognition of Hongtuo Instrument’s technical expertise accumulated through years of dedicated focus on material physical property testing instruments, as well as the company’s product positioning centered on “Professional, Precise, and Efficient.”

Following the on-site visit, the delegation and the Hongtuo Instrument team moved to the conference room for further discussion and exchange. Chairman Zhong Conggang introduced the company’s development history, technology R&D system, 6S production management system, and market development strategy.

After listening to the presentation, Chairman He Shengbao spoke highly of Hongtuo Instrument’s on-site management standards and product quality. He noted that the company has been deeply engaged in the testing instrument industry for more than a decade. Starting with density testing instruments, Hongtuo Instrument has grown from a start-up into an important participant in the industry. He expressed his appreciation for the company’s long-standing focus, dedication, and commitment to the field.

In light of industry development trends, Chairman He Shengbao encouraged Hongtuo Instrument to accelerate its transition toward AI-enabled and high-end intelligent testing solutions. Vice Chairman Wang Wenguang suggested that the company continue investing in the development of industry standards and the localization and replacement of imported testing instruments.

In response, Chairman Zhong Conggang stated that the company is currently developing intelligent testing equipment with network connectivity, while also laying the groundwork for a high-end brand strategy and advancing the localization of testing instruments.
