The ultraviolet rays of sunlight are the main factor who damage weathering resistance of most materials. We use UV lamps to simulate the short wave part of sunlight, it produce few visible lights and infrared lights. According to different testing requirements, we choose different wavelength UV lamps, this is because each type UV lamps produce different irradiance energy and wavelength. Generally speaking, UV lamps can be divided into UVA and UVB.
Power control:
1.Blackboard temperature and condensing temperature are controlled by controller.
2.The rest basically use imported electronic components.
Uniformity of irradiance: ≤ 4% (at the surface of the sample)
Blackboard temperature monitoring: The standard Pt-100 blackboard temperature sensor is used to precisely control the sample surface temperature during the test.
Blackboard temperature setting range: BPT 40-75 °C; but the actual maximum temperature limit of the internal temperature protection device is 93 °C ± 10%.
Blackboard temperature control accuracy: ±0.5 °C
3.Sink temperature monitoring: During the loop test, one test section is a dark condensation process, which requires a saturated water vapor that can generate a higher temperature in the tank. When the water vapor encounters a relatively cold surface of the sample, Dew will condense on the surface of the sample.
The sink is located in the lower part of the cabinet and has an electric heater.
Sink temperature control range: 40~60°C

5.Safety protection device:
Over temperature protection inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceeds 93 °C ± 10%, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply of the lamp and heater, and enter the equilibrium state to cool.
