Introduction:

The mobile phone drop tester is suitable for testing the durability of the casing and the resistance of the internal structure to (heavy) drops. It is used to evaluate the impact of accidental drops on product performance during actual customer use. It is suitable for drop tests on small electronic products such as mobile phones, tablets, e-readers, and electronic dictionaries in specified directions or locations. The system uses a touchscreen and PLC to communicate, controlling a brake stepper motor to drive the lifting and lowering of the clamps on the drop mechanism, and coordinating with the release device and the release action of the clamps to achieve the drop test.
