1. Technology Specification

(1) Seven-inch full-color touch/display screen:

(2) The experimental data can be stored in the touch screen, and historical data can be retrieved

(3) After recording the burning time, the equipment automatically calculates the test result burning speed (also known as burning rate)

(4) Large fume hood, truly meets the requirements of GB8410-2006; the combustion chamber that is in direct contact with the test flame is made of stainless steel as a whole, with high durability

       (6) The Bunsen burner (i.e., burner) applies flame to the sample for 15 seconds.

(7) The inner diameter of the Bunsen burner tube is 9.5mm + 0.1mm, and the length is about 100mm.

(8) Test inclination angle: The Bunsen burner burns vertically at 90° to the horizontally placed sample

(9) Flame height: adjustable from 20mm ± 2mm to 100mm ± 2mm (generally adjusted to 38mm)

(10) Flame application time: adjustable from 0-999.9s ± 0.1s (generally selected as 15s)

(11) Continued burning time: 0-999.9s ± 0.1s, observe that the flame reaches the first mark and start and pause manually

1.  Features

(1) GB8410-2006 only requires steel plates for combustion boxes. The combustion box of QCS-3 instrument adopts steel plate spraying, which has higher durability.

(2) GB8410-2006 requires that the combustion box be placed in a fume hood, and the volume of the fume hood is 20 times to 110 times the volume of the combustion box. The combustion chamber size of QCS-3 instrument is 385*204*360mm, and the size of the fume hood is 1050mm×640mm×1300mm. The actual fume hood volume is about 30 times the volume of the combustion box. There is no cutting corners and it fully meets the standard requirements.

(3) The control part is separated from the combustion chamber to avoid the test results in the combustion chamber being affected by the test operation in the middle

(4) Because the instrument is large, for the convenience of users, a static foot and a moving wheel double foot design (static foot can be adjusted in height) is made, which is very convenient for transportation and stationary of the equipment.
