UV weathering test chamber is to simulate the sun lighting, and it’ s specialized in the simulation of products in outdoors for a long time. The ultraviolet radiation in the sun is destructive on its exposure, only a few days or weeks, the equipment can reproduce the destruction outdoors for months or years. And then to see whether the product has fading, discoloration, brightness decline, powder, cracking, blurred,brittle, decreased strength and oxidation phenomena, while it can reproduce the destruction of rain and dew.

Power control:

1.Blackboard temperature and condensing temperature are controlled by controller.

Uniformity of irradiance: ≤ 4% (at the surface of the sample)

Blackboard temperature monitoring: The standard Pt-100 blackboard temperature sensor is used to precisely control the sample surface temperature during the test.

Blackboard temperature setting range: BPT 40-75 °C; but the actual maximum temperature limit of the internal temperature protection device is 93 °C ± 10%.

Blackboard temperature control accuracy: ±0.5 °C

3.Sink temperature monitoring: During the loop test, one test section is a dark condensation process, which requires a saturated water vapor that can generate a higher temperature in the tank. When the water vapor encounters a relatively cold surface of the sample, Dew will condense on the surface of the sample.

The sink is located in the lower part of the cabinet and has an electric heater.

Sink temperature control range: 40~60°C

4.The test box is equipped with a time controller, the range is 0~530H, power failure memory function.

5.Safety protection device:

Over temperature protection inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceeds 93 °C ± 10%, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply of the lamp and heater, and enter the equilibrium state to cool.

The low water level alarm in the sink prevents the heater from being burned.
