The instrument is mainly composed of a control system and a friction system. The sample is fixed on the end of the base with sandpaper adhered by a sample clamp, and the friction head wrapped with a white cotton cloth is placed on the sample. After a predetermined number of frictions, the sample is observed ,use gray card to compare and evaluate the stickiness on the white cotton cloth ,evaluates the dyeing of fabric samples or the stability of the surface coating, and provides reference data for the evaluation and selection of materials. This instrument is suitable for textiles such as yarn, yarn dyed, printing and dyeing, etc,and all fabrics on or in toy products.
