During the stamping process, after placing the rubber compound, do not adjust the position of the rubber material at will, and do not put your hand under the punch to avoid accidents.

• Turn on the power. Connect the gas source to the machine and work when the pressure is expressed to 0.4-0.8Mpa.
• Put the required cutting tool such as the cutter into the punch connecting hole, lock the tool, and place the sample or the test piece on the work surface made of plastic plate. A yellow cardboard or magazine is placed on the table to help cut and protect the cutting edge from damage.
• Press the red “power switch” to turn on the power.
• Press the “Preload Increase and Decrease Switch” to pressurize, the punch falls, and the sample is punched.
• Press the “supercharge increase/decrease switch” to increase the press pressure.
• At this time, complete the stamping, press the “supercharge increase/decrease switch” to reduce the pressure, and then press the “pre-pressure increase/decrease switch” to lift the punch, that is, complete a stamping, and the sample can be taken out.
• Regularly refuel the pressure reducing valve.
• Apply dustproof cover after use to prevent oil and dust from entering.
• When punching the sample, be sure to put a cardboard or plastic plate under the sample.
